By accessing, registering, or using our website, services, or application ecosystem (including Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In authentication), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
Our Platform is an exclusive, high-trust ecosystem built for verified students, alumni entrepreneurs, partner organizations, and academic institutions.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Verification & Trust Layer
To maintain the integrity of our verified talent network, user accounts (Student / Alumni / Partner) undergo verification checks. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading credentials, affiliations, or identity documents will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Social Authentication & Third-Party Services
We support sign-in via third-party providers including Google and Apple. By using social login, you authorize us to collect and process your authentication credentials (such as OAuth tokens, email address, and profile name) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content & Conduct Guidelines
Users may post projects, showcase startup portfolios, interact, and send messages within the ecosystem. You agree not to:
- Publish false, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content.
- Infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.
- Engage in unauthorized commercial solicitation, spam, or automated data harvesting.
- Impersonate any person, startup entity, or institution.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, platform logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and proprietary code are the property of Entrepreneurship or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their submitted project materials and startup content while granting us a worldwide license to host and display the content within the Platform.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, compromises ecosystem security, or harms other users or partner organizations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrepreneurship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, services, or user-submitted content.
